Policies

Security Deposit 

Upon scheduling your session, a deposit will be required. The amount of your deposit will vary depending on the length of time required for your service. It can be paid via Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Your deposit will be deducted from the total balance the day your service is rendered. Please note, your appointment is not secured until deposit is received. In the event of a cancelation/rescheduling within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment time, being 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, or not showing, your deposit will be forfeited. If more than 72 hours notice is given prior to cancelation, your deposit will be returned to you or can be transferred to a new date, but no more than two times.

 

Last Minute Cancelation

I understand that sometimes, LIFE happens. But please remember that this is my business & my livelihood. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or less of scheduled time will be required to pay 50% of missed appointment plus a deposit in order to reschedule for another date. 

Tardiness

If you are 15 or more minutes late, your appointment will be canceled & your deposit will be forfeited. 

 

No-Call, No-Show

No-shows will not be tolerated & will not be re-booked. Deposit will also be forfeited. 

Redos & Refunds

I strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color, toner, or extension adjustment, please contact me within five days of your original appointment. NO REFUNDS.

No children or additional guests

For the safety & relaxation of our guests, no children or additional guests are permitted in the salon.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
